Hows does the Toys Rental Work?

We provide the service of Toys Rental for your party to entertain the lil guests. It will definately bring a smile to the lil guests and the adults will be free to mingle around. At The Party Box, we have made it so simple and easy for you. :)
Do you do delivery and what are the charges?
Free delivery and collection within mainland Singapore for orders above $200.00. Orders less than $200.00 will be subjected to a one time delivery and collection charge ranging from $15.00 - $25.00 per order, excluding ERP and carpark charges.
Do I have to put a deposit for renting?
Yes, we will require you to put a deposit of $100.00, and it refundable once we collect the toys back and check that all toys are in good condition. You will also need to make a 50% deposit of the rental charges to us, and the remaining must be paid by cash to us when we deliver the toys.
What happens if the rented toy is damaged / have scratches?
Reasonable wear & tear is acceptable when you return the rented toys (minor scratches). However, if an item rented out is damaged, the hirer will need to bear the retail price of the item. The toys that we rent out is of good quality.
How do you clean the toys?
We will clean the toys after every party/event followed by a hot steam cleaner. We will appreciate if parents can return the toys in their original condition.

Foil Balloons
How long can helium balloons remain floating?
It can stay floating for 2 to 5 days or even weeks if its under good care.
Can Foil balloons be re-inflated?
Yes, but it will not last for as long as the first inflation and it also strongly depends on the condition of the balloons.
How to take care of the balloons?
Avoid placing balloons directly under any heat source as it may burst or put it under very cold conditions as it may deflate.
Latex Balloons
How long can latex balloons remain floating?
It can stay floating for about 4 - 6 hours is a favorable conditions.
Can latex balloons be re-inflated?
No, it cannot be re-inflated as it does not have the self sealing function. A knot is usually tied to seal the balloons.
Any refund/exchange if balloons sent are found deflated, leak or burst?
We will need to check the condition of the balloons. Please take not that we are not responsible of deflation, leak or burst of balloons due to weather/temperature changes. Some function room/restaurants are very cold and it may cause the balloons to deflate faster. Or for outdoor event which is warm, balloons may burst or leak.

Yes, we do provide delivery at a one time delivery charge ranging from $15.00 - $25.00 per order, excluding ERP and carpark charges.
For self collection of balloons, any refund/exchange of balloons are found deflated or burst after collection?
Customers are advice to check the condition of the balloons upon collection. No refund or exchange is allowed after collection. If you are driving, please take note that the aircon / fan should not be too strong and are advised to put the balloons in rear seat.

How to make payment
All payments to be done by bank transfer to POSB Saving account number 151-32112-7 upon confirmation. Please take note that no exchange or cancellation of orders is allowed after the payment is made.
